At ENCLOSURE, we implement a variety of industrial noise control solutions and soundproofing methods. Soundproofing methods vary and include:
- 1 Covering (Soundproof Covers, Soundproof Packages, Soundproof Shelters)
- 2 Walling (Soundproof Walls, Sound Insulation Walls, Sound Absorption Walls)
- 3 Absorbing (Sound Absorbing Interiors, Silencer Ducts)
- 4 Insulating (Vibration Prevention, Floating Floor Methods)
Based on noise data measured prior to construction, we design and implement soundproofing tailored to specific needs. Incorrect methods can result in minimal or no effect, or even increase noise levels, making expert design and installation essential. We prioritize minimal specifications, competitive pricing, quick delivery, and effective results. Our team provides end-to-end services, from design to installation and acoustic measurement, for clients nationwide as well as those in the Chubu region.
Covering involves enclosing noise-producing machinery to prevent sound from escaping (or outside noise from entering). Since sound travels through air, a fully sealed cover is necessary. Installing rigid walls or soundproof panels ensures that sound does not escape.
Walling involves setting up barriers to extend the distance sound travels to the target point, reducing noise impact. Similar to the sound-insulation walls on highways, this approach is less cost-effective than covering, so it is used when covering is not feasible.
Absorbing uses sound-absorbing materials or resonators for soundproofing, like installing silencer ducts to mute sounds passing through ducts, or adding sound-absorbing interiors to room walls to prevent echoing.
Insulating primarily refers to vibration control. Various anti-vibration materials, such as air springs, vibration-damping rubber, and suspended ceiling materials, are used in different quantities and types depending on the vibration design requirements.
