Enclosure Co., Ltd. hereby announces that, as of June 1, 2026, all shares of the company have been acquired by Sonora Technology Co., Ltd., and Enclosure Co., Ltd. has become a wholly owned subsidiary of Sonora Technology Co., Ltd.

Sonora Technology Co., Ltd. is engaged in the design, manufacturing, installation, and acoustic measurement of soundproof rooms, anechoic chambers, and other acoustic facilities. As a member of the Sonora Technology Group, Enclosure Co., Ltd. will further strengthen its technical capabilities and service structure.

The products and services we have provided to our customers, as well as our existing business relationships, will continue as before.
